Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Maintain a high volume of calls and follow-ups daily.
  • Use CRM tools to track interactions, update lead information, and manage pipelines.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor messaging effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and persistently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
