Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain a high volume of calls and follow-ups daily.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, update lead information, and manage pipelines.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor messaging effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and targets.
- Handle objections professionally and persistently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target driven.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
