Description

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of digital content across platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, product, sales) to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists and content creators.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role and development feild.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
